As a first time home buyer I was wary of realtors due to past negative experiences with realtors that I’ve seen/experienced but Jacob completely won me over. First of all I work nights and he worked around my schedule every time and responded very fast. He communicated on my behalf on everything that he could to make things easier for me which helped a lot, as well as scheduling the needed appointments for appraisals etc. He is very knowledgeable on various inspections and things to ask for when making an offer and if there was anything he didn’t know he was honest about it and would find an answer for me and let me know promptly. He also recommended a fantastic lender that helped me get a much better rate. He even sent me reminders to keep me on track! He is a fantastic realtor and will work hard to get you in your dream home, especially for the first time home buyers. He will make the process so smooth. Don’t hesitate!
