Marcie knows what it’s like to be in your shoes and she cares deeply about your goals. She knows buying or selling a home is the start of a new chapter so it’s crucial that your home sale and purchase runs smoothly to get your new journey off to a great start.

 

For buyers, she is passionate about giving you a top-notch customer experience— from viewing the first property together all the way through to getting the keys to your new home after a successful close. For sellers, she is equally dedicated to helping you prepare for the listing “go live” day, navigate showings, and evaluate offers. During a transaction, Marcie will collaboratively negotiate on your behalf, work with lenders, cooperating brokers, the title company, inspectors, and all other vendors to ensure the sale or purchase of your home moves through each step as you would expect, and she will clearly communicate with you every step along the way.

 

A fifth-generation Oregonian, Marcie knows the Pacific Northwest intimately. She has served on the Board of the Dougy Center, the National Center for Grieving Children and Families, on the Board of University of Oregon Alumni Association, and was the PTO President for her sons’ school in Lake Oswego.
